Pella offers a comprehensive warranty on their windows that varies depending on the product type and specific parts of the window. Here are the key components:
Limited Lifetime Warranty on non-glass components:
This covers things like the frame and sash, which are protected for the life of the product against defects in material and workmanship.
20-Year Warranty on Glass:
Pella covers the glass in their windows against manufacturing defects, including stress cracks or seal failure for 20 years.
10-Year Warranty on Non-glass Parts (Factory Installed):
For non-glass parts like hardware, Pella offers a 10-year coverage against defects.
2-Year Labor Warranty:
