Great news from our team! We have secured our building permit! The process went unusually fast, and we received the permit today. We’re excited to move forward and keep you updated on our progress!
Permit Approval Update
Great news! Our plans are progressing smoothly through the Hall County permitting process. They are currently with Environmental Health for septic approval. This step can take up to 3 weeks, but it's typically the final approval needed before the permit is issued.

Great news! The revised plat has been approved!
We're now moving forward with the Hall County system, where the permit will go through planning and environmental health reviews. This process typically takes about 4 weeks, but rest assured, we’ll be tracking it closely and keeping you updated every step of the way.

Update on our permit progress: The surveyor has completed redrawing the property lines, a crucial step. Currently, we're awaiting documents from homeowners to submit the plat for approval to Hall County Planning. Once submitted, it will undergo an approval process, which can take some time. Rest assured, we're actively working to keep things moving forward. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we navigate this phase!

We are currently waiting on the surveyor to redraw and submit an updated plat. All other necessary documents have been input into the Hall County permitting software. Once we receive the updated plat, it will be submitted for review, and the permit process will continue.

We are currently in the process of redrawing the property lines, an essential step before filing the plat with Hall County. Our surveyor is diligently working on this, and it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. Once the plat is filed, we can proceed with our building permit application.
In the meantime, we have gathered all necessary documents and are inputting them into the Hall County permit software system. Additionally, we have applied for the required water meter to ensure everything is in place for permitting.
